Running Commerce Manager

Open a new command line, navigate to extensions\cm\ext-cm-webapp-runner, and run the following command to start up Commerce Manager on port 8089:
```
mvn clean tomcat7:run-war
```
In a web browser, navigate to http://localhost:8089/cm/.
In the Commerce Manager Sign In window, enter the following:

User ID admin

Password

111111
Click Sign In to access the Commerce Manager.
