Description This is an introductory level course outlining the history of Elastic Path's Cortex API. It provides a basic understanding of the Cortex API and how it provides a flexible yet simple approach to enabling functionality and data for even the most complex ecommerce environments and needs. The course is comprised of various videos each building knowledge on the previous. The course contains optional and required topics depending upon your knowledge of APIs.
Prerequisites EP100: Product Vision
Duration 4 hours (depending upon practice time taken and includes optional topics)
Audience Business Analysts, Development Engineers, Solutions Architects, Quality Assurance, and Product Owners
Evaluation Assessments are available online for some topics designed to evaluate understanding.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

After completing the course the student will be able to:

  • Understand the underlying approach using an API within an ecommerce environment and what this enables
  • Use Cortex resources, operations, controls, and zoom
  • Work with Cortex using Cortex Studio
