Running a Project Discovery

Running a Project Discovery

Beginning a project generally starts with some form of requirements gathering or 'discovery' of the scope of work to be done and why. When undertaking a commerce project it is important to understand its nuances to ensure the right things are discussed. Add on to this, the flexibility of the Elastic Path product environment and a project Discovery can become daunting. However, the importance of this stage cannot be understated as decisions made at this point will make or break a project.

In this short informative webinar, a panel of our experienced project implementation team members discussed the various ways to prepare for an Elastic Path commerce project and provide some workshop advice using past experience scenarios. They reviewed the mechanics of doing a release planning exercise to focus scope, engage the client, and set clear expectations. This webinar is designed for both technical and business users who are involved in gathering requirements and setting the scope and implementation plan for a project.

A recording of the session can be found in the Elastic Path Learning Center in the EPTalks: Session Recordings course.
