Elastic Path Commerce is a highly flexible and extensible eCommerce solution that gives organizations the control they need to meet complex and unique requirements.

Access to Support, Code and Training

Elastic Path offers rich and easy to consume training material, first-class product support, and in some cases access to source code. Contact your team lead to learn how to access to these resources, or contact access@elasticpath.com.

Training

Elastic Path Education offers a range of learning options, including a variety of easy-to-consume, self-serve lessons, hands-on exercises, and optional remote classroom sessions. Accessing Temporary Training Environments

Elastic Path provides temporary training environments to customers as part of our training program. These are virtual machines that include a complete Elastic Path Commerce developer environment with Commerce Engine, Cortex, Studio, and the Reference Store. You can make code changes and rebuild. You can use these environment for:

• Training
• Code evaluation
• Proof of concept

The steps to access a training environment are:

1. Sign in to the Learning Center.
2. Navigate to course EP103: Create an Elastic Path Commerce VM (Training Environment).
3. Follow the access instructions in the course.
