Release Highlights

Added OpenID Connect compatibility

With OpenID Connect compatibility, the Account Management service now:

Works with identity providers that are OpenID Connect compatible. For more information about the specific requirements, see the OpenID Connect Requirements section.
Allows the identity provider to manage users and user’s lifecycle. The Account Management service no longer triggers user account creation on the identity provider.
