A store owner can manage team members on the Home page. All team members can get their API keys on this page.
Inviting team members
The store owner can invite team members to work on the back-end of the store. The store owner can also invite team members from the home page or from the Settings > Team Management page. No other team member may invite or manage team members.
Each team member has access to the store through the Dashboard and the API.
The store owner can also revoke access to the store for any team member.
On the Home page, enter the email address of the team member you want to invite.
Select the role that best fits the team member:
- Admin The team member helps to configure the store.
- User The team member helps to manage the store.
As the store owner, you can revoke anyone’s access at any time, without affecting other team members’ access. For example, you could have an external developer working on the store whose contract has ended.
The store owner can invite users who are already registered, though it is not a requirement. An invitation for unregistered users additionally includes the link to the registration form.
To delete team members, see Settings.
Getting API keys
The unique API keys or API codes for each team member can be found on this page, as well as the store’s ID.
Each team member has a unique
client_secret per store. These are used when testing the API and when making modifications to the store, products, customers, and so on.
Select Copy to copy the StoreID, ClientID, or Client Secret API key.
