You can manage customers on the Customer page.
For a conceptual overview of customers in Commerce Cloud, see Customers.
To search customers by email address, select Find Customer.
- Select +New Customer to create a new customer.
- Enter the customer details:
- Email address
- Select Save.
You can add one or more addresses to the customer details or modify their basic information.
- Select the customer in the list.
- Modify the name, email address, or password if required.
- Select Add Address.
- Enter the details for the customer address and add any instructions.
